These terms govern your use of this website and the photography services offered by B-Photography ("we," "us"), a studio based in Northern Kentucky specializing in senior portraits, branding & business, pet, and family photography. By submitting an inquiry or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Inquiries & Booking
Submitting the inquiry form expresses interest in a session and does not guarantee availability. A session is confirmed only once we agree on a date, location, and package, and any required deposit is received. We will respond to inquiries directly, typically within 24 hours.
Sessions
Session details — including date, time, location, deliverables, and pricing — are confirmed in writing before your session. Rescheduling requests made with reasonable notice are accommodated whenever possible. Specific policies on deposits, refunds, and rescheduling are provided at the time of booking.
Image Use & Copyright
All photographs are the copyrighted work of B-Photography. Clients receive personal-use rights to their final images as outlined in their agreement. We may display selected images in our portfolio, on this site, and on our social media unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
Website Use
This site is provided as a temporary point of contact while our primary site is under maintenance. You agree to provide accurate information when inquiring and to use the site only to contact us about legitimate photography services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, B-Photography is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
